There are many diets that promise to cure what ails us - Paleo, Vegan, Ketogenic, Mediterranean, Low Fat, Low Carb, Low Fodmap… but is there a perfect diet out there?

Unfortunately it’s not that simple. There is only the diet that is best suited for you.  It needs to take into account your current health status, underlying conditions, goals, and compatibility. 

Diet can have profound therapeutic effects on many debilitating conditions. It can optimize health in ways no other interventions can.  As a Nutritionist, I provide the knowledge, experience and support required to maximize health and healing through the right diet.

Functional Medicine

Functional Medicine is about uncovering what is out of balance in the body and what interventions enhance and optimize function.  

Chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Irritable Bowel Disease, Eczema, Food Allergies, Hormonal Imbalances, SIBO, Dysbiosis, Bowel Irregularities, Anxiety, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, IBS and a host of others can be difficult to treat, often escaping the capacity or even interest of the Western Medical model.

Functional Medicine uses appropriate testing, with a strong focus on gut health, in combination with a thorough investigation of history and symptomatology to resolve complex issues.

Health Coaching

You may have tried different diets, taken handfuls of supplements, meditated, worked-out, done countless hours of yoga and still don’t feel right.  It’s not enough to know what needs changing.

Creating new habits requires the right knowledge, repetition and support.  Small but precise changes can have major impacts.  

Good prescriptions and protocols are just the beginning of the journey to optimal health. There often needs to be a second layer that brings guidance, wisdom and some accountability to the process.  Healing from chronic conditions is rarely a simple fix. 

To have someone who not only has a wealth of knowledge but also personal experience, can be invaluable on the path to reclaiming your health.
